FACILITIES ARE AUDITED ON A REGULAR BASIS TO ENSURE THAT STANDARDS ARE BEING MET

H & S AUDITS ON CLIENT SITES ARE CARRIED OUT BY DIRECTORS TO ENSURE THAT PPE IS BEING WORN AS REQUIRED AND THAT H & S RULES ARE BEING OBSERVED.

FOLLOWING AN AUDIT ON STANDARDS A REPORT IS COMPILED FOR THE CLIENT ON A REGULAR BASIS 

 I would like to report to you the excellent and very professional high cleaning service provided by your company to the Borders General Hospital Laundry.

It is very pleasing to get such a good job done and fitting in with our service which is providing linen to the hospital and private customers.

My assistant manager met your staff who were working well and very well mannered; I most certainly will use your company in the future.

Liz and Linda were amazing!  They worked tirelessly and produced outstanding results.  They obviously take great pride in their work which was absolutely faultless.  They were a pleasure to have around and were happy to tackle any task that we gave them.We were also impressed with your team that cleared the pitch.  Again, they worked incredibly hard to get the job done.
